Last weekend I installed the newest big Windows 10 update 1903 and just like last time I updated my Windows 10 I again have problems with my sound drivers. I already checked all the windows sound settings, configuration panel sound settings, sound devices and sound drivers. As said before, reinstalling the drivers doesn't seem to help. But when I reverted my general sound driver back to an older version, the problem was gone!
