  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

  2. Launch any Creative Cloud application installed on your computer.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • If asked to sign in: Enter your Adobe ID (usually your email), and click Sign in.
    • If not asked to sign in: Choose Help > Sign In, then click Sign in now. Enter your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password, then click Sign in. (If the Help menu displays Sign Out(your Adobe ID), you are already signed in.)

    Once you are signed in, your Creative Cloud license and all installed apps and services are activated automatically.

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

  2. Click the Creative Cloud icon in either the taskbar (Windows) or dock (macOS), to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  3. If prompted to sign in, enter your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password, then click Sign in. (If the app doesn't prompt you, you are already signed in.)

  4. Refresh your account information in the app using the following keyboard commands:

    Ctrl + Alt + R

    Command + Option + R

    The Creative Cloud desktop app restarts automatically.

    Windows Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud
    Mac OS Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud

  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Sign Out.

    The Creative Cloud apps and services associated with your Adobe ID are deactivated on that computer.

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

  2. Launch any Creative Cloud application installed on your computer.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Sign Out.

    The Creative Cloud apps and services associated with your Adobe ID are deactivated on that computer.
